This house is in a fantastic position, with fine views overlooking the Green Belt in NW Kent

. The brief was to replace a leaking conservatory with a new 2 storey extension, which would enlarge the living room and make use of the orientation and views. The extra space would allow a music room to be incorporated to the rear of the ground floor.

The additional first floor area has been used to create a superb master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.

The elevations were carefully modelled to tie in with the existing house to create a seamless, unified building.

The project was successfully completed in 2012.
